A vintage speed trial for pre-1939 vehicles and motorcycles taking place in the grounds of Grimsthorpe Castle, near Bourne, Lincolnshire. The course is a 1/2 mile track, taking in a tricky double bend and a long, though shallow, incline. There is also a classic car display area with superb views of the track.- Flip Redman, Grimsthorpe Speed Trials.
We did not think it possible to improve on our 25th anniversary show, however the 2018 show proved to be even better than the previous year. Once again, we were blessed with wall to wall, early autumn sunshine. With more classic cars and motorcycles than ever before on Lafford Terrace, it was truly a magical show, with a hundred years of motoring heritage on show.- Mary Sanders, Sleaford Historic Car and Motorcycle Show.
